It is a warm Veteran's Day morning FEC 714 leads 226 across the San Sebatian River.

On warm and breezy Veteran's Day Morning, FEC 714 leads 226 through the Nations Oldest City. This was the first time I had caught 714 leading from the new US 1 Bridge.

"FEC 714 will not lead any freights" apperently has not stuck..FEC 226 led by famous FEC 714 takes 226 through the humid morning fog at Colfax.

On a humid morning FEC 226 slides across the salt marshes lead by FEC 714. This is another location where shots only work in the late spring and summer months. Can you spot the birds?

Surprise! I had a hunch and sure enough FEC 714 was leading 226 this morning. Shots here will be tougher to get in the coming weeks as the sun begins to sink further south.

FEC 714 leads FEC 240 into the sun on a very hot and humid morning. FEC 141-240 is also the City Point Turn pretty rare in daylight.

My favorite locomotive the 714 on his way to Jacksonville at one of my favorite photo locations; just beat the clouds on this one. Happy Father's Day to all of the dads out there.
