A solid set of EMD SD70Ms lead by 7001, leads a doublestack eastbound out of Tucson. Solid sets of leased and pool power was rather common on trains going over "The Stormy".

UP 3359 leads FURX 3034, SP 8358, UP 3289 and a long doublestack east out of Tucson.

WC 7507 leads a grain train east out of the Tucson yard. Just about any sort of pool power could be found on the point of a train going east over "The Stormy".
