In the late 90's, CSX's small fleet of SD60's worked the former B&O out of Grafton. They were frequently covered in coal dust while working in helper service out of Burnsville on the Cowen Sub.
There used to be a grade crossing here - the Oregon Rd. overpass in the background replaced it last year. Q324 can now roll up to Tracy Rd to wait to get into Stanley without blocking Oregon.
