Two or three times a week, FMID's Frostproof Turn runs from Lakes Wales to the big Lowe's complex in Frostproof, serving a couple other customers along the way.
After cresting the grade out of Lake Wales, the Frostproof Turn emerges from a tree tunnel along the shore of Lake Easy.
Traffic for Lowe's and other local industries is southbound to Frostproof on the scenic Frostproof Spur.
