SOO 6017 brings a train out of the yard and past Cut-Off tower in November of 1987. The train is on the ex-Milwaukee Road mainline thru it's hometown of Milwaukee, WI.

In the 1990's it seemed like SOO power was just as common as CP power on the CP's D&H operations across the Southern Tier. Train 261 has 4 SOO units and a CP unit as it rolls thru Chemung, NY.
