CN L585 cruises along the Gilman Sub at track speed on a sunny May afternoon. IC 1035 splits the former IC signals just outside of Farmer City.

IC 1035 leads L585 west past the former Illinois Central depot at Melvin. This was IC's former line between Gilman and St. Louis.
