Heading south around the curve at Broughton, CSX heritage engine #1869 shows off its predecessor C&O scheme as it leads freight south.
Almost at a crew change point in Manchester, M221 rolls through Campground where the siding has been extended to handle longer trains.
CSX train M221 enters Roanoke with a short consist, and to my surprise with a mid DPU. The mid power unit is CSXT #550. Only 49 cars made up the assortment of freight in tow.
