I4V thunders past PRRH in Phillipsburg on a beautiful clear sunday morning

Breaking the silence on a relatively slow day of railfanning on the NS Lehigh Line, I4V with two Dash 9's pulls its train East through Phillipsburg as it starts its ascent up the mountain.
