NS 21N is heading south toward Toledo, Ohio as they pass through Wyandotte on the former NYC mainline. The 8701 was returning to Chicago after coming into Detroit on counterpart train 20N.

With the C of G heritage unit and a UP trailing, 21N heads south towards Toledo.

NS 21N is southbound on the Detroit Line as they head through Ecorse, Michigan.

Track 1 of the NS Detroit line runs alongside Kentucky Ave in Monroe, MI for about a half dozen blocks or so - not quite street running but still neat.
