Local mine run U05 sits at the West End of the yard at Naugatuck, awaiting a signal onto the West Leg of the Wye onto the Kenova District main.

U05 sits stopped just West of the signals at Borderland, waiting for the conductor to throw the switch to the middle track.

The commemorative Pier 6 Hopper is in the consist of the U05, headed East into the yard at Williamson.

U05 enters Williamson yard as U06 leaves. The first snow of the 2013-14 winter has fallen over Southern West Virginia, leaving a nice coating on the trees at the higher elevations.

With loads off the Lenore Branch U05 heads east through the yard toward Williamson past a shut down 97J and a few stored ballast cars.
