WS-3 works the MC tracks with an aging U23B (ex-P&W 2208, former CR 2794). At left, one of Susquehanna's company service tank cars rests on the main.
WS-3 is overtaken by a fast moving CSX Q418 on the adjacent River Sub. The tunnel motor is assigned to a local and looks odd running long hood forward.
