| The crew on CSX Train Q307 was almost out of time as they sat idle about a mile south of the Doswell crossing. About an hour later when the relief crew arrived, the Baltimore Dispatcher had the existing crew to pull the train up to the Doswell Crossing, long enough to quickly switch out crews. The train was too long to have moved it up to North Doswell to park and wait for the relief crew. |
