Thank's to a tip from Jim Thias, I headed to the Thornapple River Bridge to catch Q 334 that had just left Wyoming Yard. After a bit of a wait I finally heard the scanner crackle "Q33416 Clear East End Fox". I knew it was close. Again the scanner crackles, "Q33416 Clear Thornapple River". Then I saw the headlight break through the brush. The AC4400's rumble onto the bridge and with clouds starting to cover the sun they were none to early. After setting the camera to 5.6, 200iso I was able to freeze the moment in time. Thank's JT. |
