Caught out on the road, with a train.....AT NIGHT! Pan Am Heritage engines 77 & 52, wearing Boston and Maine (77) and Maine Central (52) '50's era paint schemes, roll past the feed store in Westminster, Vermont, itself dating from 1902, with EDBF at 21:26. The colorful pair of GP-9s spent most of the summer and fall assigned to hump service in E. Deerfield Yard, this appearance shows promise for future replays of scenes like this!
Not
just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
