Looking down Symona Petlyury Street to Kyiv's main train station at night. The word Вокзал (Vokzal) which appears in lights on the front translates to "station," and derives from Vauxhall station, in London.
In other news, you know you're a big dork when you book a hotel with a view expressly to get a particular shot. I stayed at two different hotels in Kyiv to get two different amazing views, and this was the first!
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
