| A little cleaner than the majority of Benxi's fleet of SY's, No.719 performs a light engine movement in the yards approaching the steel furnaces. The backdrop of enigmatic-looking industrial buildings goes off towards the horizon. This was true no matter which direction you were facing. Fortunately, during our visit the fresh wind offered an unusually clear sky in this most polluted of China's cities. |
