Kevin Meier, Manager Rail/Marine Operations, Alaska Railroad, inspects tie-down of rail car aboard F/B Whittier Provider. Massive 420' twin deck rail/container barge owned and operated by Alaska Railbelt Marine, will be northbound to Whittier in a few hours.
