Chicago and Illinois Western SW7 102 works the Ridgely Yard in Springfield, IL. C&IW was a Chicago-area shortline which fell under the control of the Illinois Central. This SW7, identified by only initials and number, but painted in ICG white and orange, worked the Springfield area during 1976 and 1977.
