a Kaiser to Barstow train is climbing toward the "Cookie Ranch" just west of Alray siding led by a trio of U36C's with a set out of empty limestone gons for Hesperia on the head end. By 1982 this twenty five mph curve had been realigned to allow thrity mph speeds.
