Westbound Montana Rail Link LM (Laurel to Missoula manifest freight) has F45 No. 391 on the point, and is traversing Winston Hill, east of Helena, Montana, late on the afternoon of September 11, 1995. The long-lasting semaphores around Winston came down soon after this photo.
