As the first annual Trainfest and Toy Drive at Los Angeles Union Station draws to a close, Santa Claus takes a moment to pose on the pilot of his newest sleigh - Santa Fe 3751 - prior to riding off into the night with a trio of private cars behind the locomotive. In reality, the Amtrak equipment on display for this event over on Track 14 will back down onto the 1927-built Baldwin and make a joint before heading back to the yard as one large consist. Despite an Amtrak locomotive being on the point doing the work for the short trip back to the yard, 3751 would still put on quiet a show of steam as she left Union Station for the last time in 2016.
