| Gone but not forgotten... As I looked through old slides today and found shots taken during this week from the 1980s and 1990s, I pulled this one as a memory to the Utah Railway that once hauled coal over Soldier Summit daily, with meets at the summit for a crew change. This view in 1994 shows the loads and empties at the summit awaiting departure with their respective new crews. Kodacrhome 25 slide scan. |
