The Blonay-Chamby Railroad/Museum is celebrating the 50th anniversary in 2018. Two "Mallet" steamlocomotives are pulling a long combined passenger/freight train near Cornaux. Leading is "Mallet" G 2x2/2 E # 164 of "La Traction", built by Henschel/Germany in 1905 for the portuguese Minho e Douro, later CP (Caminhos de Ferro da Portugal). Second locomotive is "Mallet" G 2x2/2 # 105 of the former Süddeutsche Eisenbahn Gesellschaft (SEG), built in 1918 by Machinenfabrik Karlsruhe, and since 1968 (for 50 years now) running for the Blonay-Chamby. The cars are third class passenger car C4 # 171 of the SEG, the combined first/second/third class passenger car with baggage and mail compartment ABCFZ4 # 15 of the "Réseau Breton", the open freight car L4 # 153 of the MOB, the M # 706 of the MOB, the L # 715 of the GFM and the flat car O # 810 of the MOB.
