Remarks & Notes
The Portland Terminal Company was a Maine Central subsidiary that handled local switching in Maine's largest city with a fleet of Alco switchers and also ran Rigby Yard in South Portland on behalf of the MEC and B&M. PT S4 1056 rode the turntable at Rigby as it went to work on a spring morning.
