For many years the Boston & Maine ran a daily transfer job between its yard at Mechanicville, NY, and the NYC/PC at Selkirk. Here a returning transfer behind an F7/GP7 duo backs off PC's Selkirk Branch towards the B&M yard with the day's interchange cars.
