Remarks & Notes
Lehigh Valley C628 629 is spotted at Manchester NY April 1968. The 629 was built in November 1965 as one of 8 C628s on the Lehigh Valley. These units were painted in this white and black paint scheme and were known to railfans as "Snowbirds". These units were repainted red in the 70s before the Conrail merger. J.W. Stubblefield Photo from my Collection.
