The Susquehanna’s directed operation of the Delaware & Hudson added to the rainbow of the power leading D&H trains. Here a D&H GP39-2 still in Reading colors leads a D&H GP38-2 in Guilford colors and a National Rail Leasing F45 in Burlington Northern paint northbound over the high bridge at Harpursville, New York.
