| West Coast Express F59PHIs 903 and 902 pass the yard lead for Viterra's Cascadia Terminal as the approach their final stop of the morning at Waterfront. WCE 903 is the first unit delivered as part of a $21 million refurbishment and upgrade program that is being conducted by Progress Rail in Waycross, GA. |
