Sporting a fresh coat of paint, New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R16 no. 6310 is seen leading an RR train at 30th Ave Station on the BMT Astoria Line on August 31, 1968. Two hundred of these cars were built by American Car and Foundry in 1955. Doug Grotjahn photo, Matt Csenge collection.
