| The engineers qualified to run Steamtown's CP Pacific 2317 up "the Hill" come together on the turntable in Scranton. This somber gathering marks the locomotive's last day of service before a mandated FRA overhaul.
I first saw this engine run in 1981. Now 29 years later, I am but one of many with a heavy heart seeing this great locomotive go cold. |
