Southern California's Pacific Harbor Line rostered two SD40T-2 locomotives, and they are both in storage at their Pier A Yard in Wilmington, California. PHL 51 is the former Southern Pacific 8550, while PHL 50 is ex-SP 5412, which was Rio Grande 5412 before that.
