Even on the third straight day of excursions, the 611 doesn't fail to draw a crowd! Hundreds of people line the tracks clear through the yard, and on both sides of the street behind me.
On the return to Roanoke, 611 splits the CPL's at Webster, VA. Soon the westbound Powhatan Arrow will be descending into Roanoke after a third and final assault on Blue Ridge Summit.
