Remarks & Notes
Ten Australian built locos of 900 class delivered in 1951 and all still working in 1979, I believe! The first main line diesels for South Australia, using English Electric prime movers and electrical equipment. Class leader named 'Lady Norrie' n/b with a Sunday cattle train.
