Remarks & Notes

The IC&E sent a train to Winona, MN to pick up DM&E cars left stranded after 17+ inches of rain washed out the DM&E line from Waseca, MN - Winona. The train is leaving LaCrescent over tracks recently placed back in service after being washed away by the same storm.
