| After a 3 hour wait on a grain train and track and time, this northbound ballast train is pulling out of the siding at Noel. Noel is located about 5 miles north of the Missouri/Arkansas stateline, also only a few miles east of the Oklahoma stateline. So pretty much in far southwestern Missouri in the Ozarks Mountains. |
