Remarks & Notes

As the sign proclaims - "Fairbanks Alaska - north end of the main line of The Alaska Railroad". Having just arrived, 1502, 1506 and 1517 sit quietly with #2 from Anchorage in August 1985. 1517 was ex-DRGW 5552, while 1502 and 1506 were acquired new by ARR.
