The Atlantic Limited is on the last two hours of the overnight trip to Montreal as it stops at Magog. The locals called this train the Halifax because it connected with a ferry at St. John that connected with a Halifax RDC train at Digby, NS. Notice the light rail and four bolt fish plates still in use at time of picture.. The Green and White flag beside the tracks is actually the flag stop signal. Without this flag showing the engineer will run the train through Magog station without stopping. |
