The $243M restoration of St. Paul's Union Depot has been completed and the concourse is open to the public for the first time since the late 1970s. Note the skylights, blacked out during WWII, that have been opened up to let in more natural light. Amtrak service is coming in 2013 and light rail service in 2014.
