Remarks & Notes
A northbound UP freight rolls along Puget Sound at Steilacoom, Wash. nearing Tacoma, with a final destination of Seattle. The power shows three variations of graphics on the basic UP scheme of the mid-70s. The trailing SD40-2 wears the 60s "Dependable Transportation" slogan, the GP30 has the early 70s "We Can Handle It" slogan, while the middle unit displays the more modern UP logo. All three still wore silver trucks.
