Milwaukee's daily Iowa City turn - behind a typical-for-the-time pair of SD10s - has dropped down the grade from the former Rock Island main to work industries in Iowa City's river bottoms area. First, they'll have to wait for CRandIC's train to pass. SW8 94, delivered in 1959, is a relative youngster compared to 554, which came out of EMD as an SD7 in 1952.
