At what I believe is only location in the world that you can photograph a train through a natural arch, Union Pacific’s Potash Turn heads north into Bootlegger Canyon on May 12, 2006. This train normally operates in the morning, so this late afternoon departure is somewhat rare. The diminutive 8-car train is seen through huge Corona Arch, having an opening that is 105 feet high and 140 feet wide. I realize the train is small—but in Utah’s red rock country— the scenery is BIG!
