With the cancellation of the Galesburg Zephyr excursion run, the FWRHS's NKP 765 made the journey back to New Haven, IN to the shops. After dropping the consist, they headed East with just the 765 and the tool car. By this hour, traffic had built up in the area on the Huntington and Fostoria districts. This meant the crew would once again wait here at control point NE.
