Three locomotives originally built for the PRR pose for the camera in 1990. It's interesting to compare the boiler diameter of the 1914-built Atlantic to the 1905-built American Type No. 1223, which was retired from the Strasburg Rail Road a few months before this photo was taken. No. 460 has recently been cosmetically restored, and has joined 1223 inside the museum hall. GP9 No. 7006 was built in October, 1955, and has been restored to its original PRR colors.
