With threats of 3 inches of snow on Thursday earlier in the week, I elected to use a day off I had earned at work on Friday, as I wanted to light up the 1225 in the snow. Well, Owosso happened to fall into about a 50 mile wide stretch of the state that did not see any snow, and as a result, bare ground, while, as I post this, it is snowing out. I made the best of the situation, but yet another year goes by, and I have yet to light up the 1225 well with snow on the ground. Thanks a lot, weathermen.
