Ringling Bros Memories After eleven and a half month on the road the last show of the 2013 season was at Auburn Hill, MI on the third weekend of November. A days later and some 650+ rail-miles later NS 052 (Auburn Hill,MI-Jacksonville,FL/FEC) is coasting down grade through Harriman, TN (MP-260.5 Emory Gap) on the CNO&TP 2nd District with the Ringling Brothers Barnum Bailey Blue Unit train (RBBX) trailing behind a pair of EMD's motors. NS 052 was the hottest train on the district that day, with the dispatcher pulling every northbound that was coming out of Chattanooga in the hold to get this massive train carrying performers from all walks alike on board south to Chattanooga, than on to its destination in Florida for the last bit of the 2013 season. Sadly this movement is going to be the thing of the past, as the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus will have its drapes close after being in show business for 146 years.
