Remarks & Notes
Arch bridges are a hallmark feature of Norfolk Southern's Piedmont region, especially along the former mainline of the Southern Railway. Here train 173 crosses the calm waters of the Broad River on its southbound trek across the Charlotte District with a fresh crew waiting in Greenville, SC.
