| Flagging. A crewmember is flagging a pedestrian crossing beside the Atwater Market as a pair of GP9's (CN 7083 & CN 7054) head light on the East Side Canal Bank Spur after dropping off eight cars at the Robin Hood Flour Mill (the last client on this line). |
