An HST leaves Bristol Parkway on a Swansea to London Paddington service in 1983. Just visible, in the distance, a class 45 waits to follow the HST into the station, with a South West/ North East train. This was a summer Saturday, so very busy with holiday trains from Devon and Cornwall.
