Tram No 40 proceeds along Broad St in Birmingham on a service to Wolverhampton.
A horse tram departs the terminus at Villa Marina with the 0950 to Derby Castle, which travels along the waterfront at Douglas on the Isle of Man. "William" is the horse in charge.
3 feet gauge , 2-4-0T No 11 has recently arrived at Douglas with the 1000 from Port Erin on the Isle of Man. No 11 was built by Beyer Peacock in Manchester in 1905.
Fresh from overhaul MLW No A-453 leaves Edessa with the 1431 Thessaloniki to Kozani in 1996. The loco was built in Canada in 1973. I believe these locos have since been modified with a low nose.

I only noted this photo as "Bulawayo". Maybe someone knows a more accurate location. It shows one of the smaller Garratts, a 14a class 2-6-2 2-6-2 No 515.
I think that I`d climbed the coaling tower to take this photo of Bulawayo steam shed in 1990. A few Garratt locos and a conventional steam loco are present.
