A rebuilt GE AC44CWM locomotive leads Canadian Pacific ethanol train 650 as it approaches the Canada/U.S border at Lacolle. CP NEUS North End dispatcher has just given its instructions to the Canadian crew before entering the Rouses Point Delivery Track. DPU is CP 9379.
